Job Description

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Farmingdale, NY

Pay Range: $17.50 - $18-50 per hour

Shift: 7:30AM - 4:15PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate, monitor, and maintain specialized manufacturing equipment.
• Load materials and start production machinery efficiently.
• Observe machine performance and process parameters to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform visual inspections of parts to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform minor maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document production data accurately.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of experience as Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment (required)
• Mechanical aptitude and focus on detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Strong documentation skills for recording production data.
