\nWe are hiring friendly Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and Home Health Aides to help seniors in Oakdale, Robinson, Moon, North Fayette, Imperial, and the Airport / West Pittsburgh area. \nYou must have your own car because most clients live in neighborhoods that buses do not reach. If you want steady work close to home, this job is a great fit.\n

• $15.00–$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits*
\n
• Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks**

*Weekend visits start between Saturday 12:01AM and Sunday 11:59PM

**To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients

\n\nYour Role\n

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming
\n
• Meal prep, light housekeeping
\n
• Mobility assistance
\n
• Medication reminders
\n
• Companionship and engagement
\n
• Transportation to appointments (if comfortable)
\n

\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n

\n
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (family experience OK)
\n
• Dependable, communicative, professional
\n
• Able to pass background check
\n
• Comfortable working independently
\n
• Reliable personal vehicle
\n
• Preferably lives in or near Oakdale, Robinson, North Fayette, or Imperial
\n

\n\nRequirements\n

\n
• Minimum of three professional references
\n
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
\n
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual candidates encouraged)
\n
• Completion of any required compliance, license, or registration steps
\n
