:Job Summary
• The Surgical Services Assistant is a member of the healthcare team who performs a variety of technical and supportive duties to assist the surgical team during the patient’s perioperative phase of care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Job Requirements
• Education
◦ Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent OR 1 year customer service experience
• Experience
◦ Preferred : Previous hospital and/or medical experience
• Skills
◦ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
◦ Exhibits valuable time management skills
◦ Strong analytical/problem solving skills
◦ Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
• Licensure/Certification/Registration
