​Pepper Lunch is making its Hawaii debut, and we're looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to help us launch our very first location. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a team from scratch and introduce Hawaii to our world-famous DIY teppan experience. If you are a natural leader with a passion for great food and amazing guest service, we want to meet you.

​ What You'll Do:

• ​Lead all day-to-day operations, setting the standard for excellence from the moment we open our doors.
• ​Build, train, and inspire our founding team, creating a positive and energetic culture.
• ​Uphold our high standards for food quality, safety, and presentation.
• ​Manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling to keep the restaurant running efficiently.
• ​Oversee cash handling and POS system operations.
• ​Be the face of Pepper Lunch, ensuring every guest has an incredible experience.

​ What You'll Bring:

• ​Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a fast-casual environment.
• ​Strong leadership skills with a talent for coaching and motivating a team.
• ​A solid understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety.
• ​A genuine love for hospitality and making customers happy.
• ​Experience with POS systems. (Knowledge of Toast is a plus)
• ​An entrepreneurial spirit and the excitement to help build a brand in Hawaii.
