Responsibilities Create engaging visual designs for web and mobile applications, including UI components, forms and full pages Transform wireframes and concepts into polished visual designs Build and customize websites using Webflow and WordPress Collaborate with UX designers, front-end developers, and project managers Ensure designs are technically feasible Create and maintain design documentation and specifications for development handoff Implement responsive designs across multiple platforms and devices Help maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints Qualifications 1-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills for digital products Proficiency in Figma Experience building and customizing websites with Framer Working knowledge of WordPress themes and customization Understanding of front-end development principles, including HTML, CSS, and responsive design Experience with or willingness to learn AI-assisted design tools like Cursor Familiarity with how AI can be integrated into design workflows Knowledge of atomic/component design, and token design systems Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Ability to effectively communicate design decisions Mobile and Web design experience Possesses Empathy Softskills Self-motivated Exhibits a collaborative mindset Has well-developed critical thinking skills Why FairSquare?
