A law firm seeks a Bankruptcy Attorney in Alexandria, VA. The successful candidate will handle bankruptcy matters, utilizing their legal expertise to facilitate the process on behalf of clients. Duties Prepare, review, and approve bankruptcy-related pleadings. Manage all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including Proof of Claims and Motions for Relief. Participate in mediations, depositions, and hearings. Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements Juris Doctorate. Licensed and in good standing with the Maryland and Virginia State Bars. Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional client service skills. Analytical and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Education Juris Doctorate. Certifications Licensed with the Maryland and Virginia State Bars. Skills Effective communication with clients via various platforms. Time management and organizational skills.
