What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a motivated and curious Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity to build foundational recruiting skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You’ll support a wide range of sourcing and outreach efforts, helping identify top talent and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, screen, and recruit candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.)
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interview logistics and maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams
• Support employer branding and outreach through email campaigns and social media
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Promote BOAB’s culture, values, and commitment to excellence in every interaction

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field OR 1+ years of recruiting, sales, or administrative experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized with great attention to detail and follow-through
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
