Ensure content is accurate, well-formatted, and aligns with brand guidelines and SEO best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital campaigns, product launches, and promotions. Maintain and organize digital assets such as images, videos, and documents. Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics, suggesting improvements where needed. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Web Author, Web Developer, or similar role. Experience with one or more CMS platforms (AEM, WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal, etc.). Familiarity with SEO principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG). Strong attention to detail and content accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requests in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise CMS platforms. Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles. Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.
