Job Title: Water and Fire Restoration Crew Chief

Company: Hydroforce Cleaning & Restoration

Pay: $70,000-$100,000 a year
Bonuses: Monthly performance bonuses + quarterly team bonuses

• Lead field teams on restoration jobs (water, fire, mold, and contents)
• Supervise and train technicians and helpers
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying and filtration equipment
• Perform demolition, cleaning, and moisture inspections
• Document job conditions and work progress in job management apps
• Communicate clearly with customers and Project Managers
• Maintain clean and well-stocked trucks and equipment
• Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service calls

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred especially restoration, interior remodeling, or demo
• IICRC certification (WRT, ASD) is a plus, but not required
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Comfortable using mobile apps and software
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or hot spaces
• Must be dependable and coachable

Compensation & Benefits

• $25-$35 per hour based on experience
• Monthly performance bonuses

Schedule

• Full-Time, Monday to Friday
• Occasional evenings and weekends (on-call rotation)
