LifeTree, Inc. is now hiring for a Driver with Basic Administrative Skills in the Phoenix Metro area & occasional longer trips around the State. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team. You will spend a lot of time on the road and play a crucial role in providing documentation and general paperwork support to families in need. Your primary responsibility will be to visit families in their homes and complete attendant care checks, basic ancillary services and documentation pick up.

The chosen candidate will be trained to perform in-home check-ins to ensure the quality of care for individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, and associated service providers.

A company vehicle will be provided and a willingness to spend the majority of time on the road, travelling from one client's home to another is a basic requisite of this job.

Responsibilities:

• Follow a pre-set schedule of appointments in a localized area or path.
• Drive from client homes to complete brief service check-ins.
• Display a warm, supportive, and friendly demeanor during home visits.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and people skills.
• Use proprietary software, which we will train you to use.
• Deliver and collect paperwork/forms from families and providers.
• Assess successful completion of simple tasks.

Qualifications:

• Driving experience required.
• Clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional conduct.
• Ability to work independently.
• Clean criminal history (ability to pass background check and obtain fingerprint clearance card upon hiring.)
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural sensitivity
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Schedule:

We offer a flexible schedule to the right candidate, but the majority of appointments are scheduled weekdays between 3pm to 7pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, 1099/Independent Contractor position.

Compensation: $23.00 per hour
