Pay Package (Estimated Weekly)

• Weekly Gross: $2,597
• Stipend (Meals & Housing): $1,337
• W2 (Taxable at $35/hr, 36 hrs): $1,260

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Travel Registered Nurses (Labor & Delivery) to join a high-acuity, fast-paced unit. Nurses will provide comprehensive care for laboring mothers, postpartum patients, and high-risk antepartum patients, ensuring safe delivery outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Unit Details

• Beds/Rooms: 19 patient rooms, 6 PACU rooms, 6 triage rooms, 3 L&D ORs
• Staffing Matrix (Nights): 1 Charge RN, 7–9 RNs, 1 CST
• Patient Ratios: 2:1 (standard), 1:1 for high-risk/complicated cases
• Equipment: FHR monitors (Novii & GE), fetal scalp electrodes (FSE)
• EMR: Meditech, CPN

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Certifications: BLS, NRP
• Preferred: ACLS/ALS, experience in Mom/Baby, Pediatrics, and/or NICU

Responsibilities

• Manage and support patients through vaginal deliveries, c-sections, and recovery care
• Direct and coordinate nursing care using assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, CSTs, and sitters to deliver safe, patient-centered care
• Care for antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients including high-risk cases
