Position Overview:

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth store performance, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with knowledge of Italian cuisine, strong organizational skills, and proven retail management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all store operations, including sales, inventory, staffing, and merchandising.
• Hire, train, schedule, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Oversee ordering and inventory management of specialty Italian products, both imported and locally sourced.
• Implement merchandising strategies that highlight seasonal items, promotions, and authentic Italian offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Foster a welcoming environment that reflects Italian hospitality and culture.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of retail or food service management experience (specialty food or grocery background preferred).
• Knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine
