Pay Rate/Range: $18/hr

Description: Seeking an Office Assistant / Spanish Translator for a local business. The Office Assistant / Spanish Translator will process tests results, retain records, and provide administrative support. Monitor, review and ensure the accuracy of highly sensitive documents received. Review database and prepare documentation for the interview process, process customer service requests, inquiries and testing processes for clients through emails, phone calls or e-faxes. Must be knowledgeable in DOT Part 40 and all DOT procedures.

Will provide phone interpretation between Spanish speaking donors and MRO's, translate Spanish medical documents, including donor prescription history or doctor's note. Assist MRO's with communicating test results, evaluate situations and recommend solutions following DOT part 40 guidelines, research and prepare various reports, attend weekly meetings with the team to discuss working charts and other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements: Must have previous experience as a Spanish Translator and at least one year of office support experience. High school diploma required.

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
