Minimum Required Qualifications Level I Interpreter Certification (TSID or RID) or meet ADA qualifications standard. One year experience preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficiency in communication and interpretation between the hearing-impaired and the non-hearing impaired. Understanding of a person with deafness preferred form of communication. Show interest, enthusiasm, empathy, and a desire to help others. Have good interpersonal skills, and must be able to communicate effectively both written and orally. Work Schedule Hours: Part-time, with varying hours between 7:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., seven days a week as needed.
