CONTRACT TO HIRE | HYBRID – N.E DALLAS, TX

Imprimis Group is hiring an experienced Senior Contracts Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading organization in the healthcare and professional services industry. This role is ideal for a contracts professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and excels in managing contract negotiations, compliance, and lifecycle management processes from intake through execution.

The Senior Contracts Analyst will play a key role in reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining contract records—ensuring all agreements align with internal standards, financial parameters, and compliance requirements. The position involves collaboration with internal departments, vendors, and leadership teams to support business objectives efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Lead the administration, review, and negotiation of a wide range of contracts—primarily low to moderately complex agreements—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and favorable terms.
  • Redline and edit contractual language to reflect the company’s interests and recommend alternate terms when needed.
  • Manage and maintain contract data in the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, ensuring critical details (term dates, termination clauses, dollar values, etc.) are properly captured for reporting and compliance.
  • Oversee the contract request intake process , reviewing submissions for completeness before routing to the appropriate contract manager.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract needs are met efficiently and provide guidance on contract language and risk mitigation.
  • Partner directly with vendors to resolve contract-related questions and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Train internal teams and stakeholders in the use of the Contract Lifecycle Management system and best practices.
  • Ensure all activities comply with legal standards, company policies, and documentation protocols.
  • Perform additional duties or project support as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in contract administration, analysis, or negotiation.
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer and technology skills including MS Office (advanced), SharePoint (preferred), Adobe Suite, Google Suite, Workday (highly preferred) and various other systems and tools.
  • Sourcing or procurement experience a plus.
  • Strong understanding of standard contract terminology, clauses, and risk assessment principles.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with precision, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend courses of action.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving business needs.
