Job Description
Soni is hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing company seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to strengthen its accounting function and support continued expansion. This role offers broad exposure, real impact, and direct partnership with leadership.
Key Responsibilities - Lead/support month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, multi-entity accuracy
- Maintain correct AP coding and oversee daily accounting operations
- Complete bank reconciliations and assist with monthly financial reporting
- Analyze/validate account balances with leadership
- Support ERP transition (QuickBooks to construction-focused system)
- Assist Controller with preparing and presenting financials
Requirements - Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance preferred
- 3+ years progressive accounting experience
- Strong GL, journal entry, and reconciliation skills
- QuickBooks experience required
- Full-cycle month-end close proficiency
Preferred - Construction/real estate accounting experience
- ERP/system implementation exposure
- Hands-on, curious, business-oriented mindset
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
