Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Senior Scrum Master to fill an open position with one of our clients in the retail industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced agile leader to guide high-performing teams toward successful sprint execution and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a proven ability to lead through ambiguity, foster collaboration across business and IT, and maintain focus on driving measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role offers the chance to influence digital initiatives that directly enhance the customer experience in the retail space.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple agile teams to meet sprint goals and delivery commitments through effective facilitation and coaching.

• Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team communication to ensure timely delivery.

• Promote agile best practices, fostering continuous improvement and team accountability.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency across initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master leading agile teams to successful project delivery.

• Strong skills in facilitation, communication, forecasting, and dependency management.

• Ability to lead teams through ambiguous situations and rapid change with confidence and clarity.

• Exceptional organization and attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Mural, and Microsoft O365 (Teams & SharePoint).

• Previous e-commerce or retail experience strongly preferred.

• Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) a plus.
