We are looking for a Project Manager with 3 or more years commercial construction experience that is ready to take on a new challenge and opportunity!
We are a Commercial General Contractor with a strong niche in the Interiors and Tenant Improvement market and we have a strong backlog of exciting projects ahead of us! This position will be responsible for working closely with the Leadership Team to ensure every project is being managed and tracking on schedule and on or under budget. The responsibilities will include everything from exposure to the design and entitlement and permitting processes to estimating, pricing, subcontractor coordination, contract management, value engineering, change orders, RFI's, working with the local city and county and also working closely with the clients making sure their project is perfect.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all project documentation, create and update project schedules to ensure deadlines are met, assist with estimation and bidding processes, and communicate project progress clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent, 25 years of relevant commercial construction experience, and strong organizational and time management skills.
