Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Estimator with 3–5 years of direct experience in metal/light gauge framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong estimating capabilities with hands-on project management experience. General Contractor (GC) experience is a plus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare detailed estimates and takeoffs for Division 9 scopes.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure alignment between estimates and execution.
• Analyze subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing.
• Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and change order management.
• Support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of relevant estimating experience in drywall, framing, and acoustical ceilings.
• Familiarity with GC operations and project workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Estimating Edge, and On Screen Takeoff (OST)
