Position Summary

We are seeking a Launch Manager to lead cross-functional teams in executing customer application programs from launch (NBAS onwards) through to stable mass production. This role is critical in ensuring that time, quality, and financial performance targets are met while aligning with stakeholder expectations. The Launch Manager will coordinate project planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation, driving successful program execution in a dynamic automotive environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of project governance and assurance practices
  • Experience leading small project teams and mentoring team members
  • Familiarity with change management and post-implementation analysis
  • Ability to navigate organizational dynamics and manage multiple stakeholders effectively

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 5 years of experience with project or system procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, resources, and schedules independently
  • Proficiency in project communications and benefits management

Position Overview
