We are seeking a highly organized and flexible Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy household. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and capable of managing a wide range of personal and administrative tasks. This role requires exceptional time management skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic schedule, including frequent weekend and holiday availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistical Support & Errands:

  • Drive to and from meetings, both locally and out of town, including overnight trips.

  • Handle all household errands, such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other essential tasks.

• Household Management:

  • Manage and perform household duties, including laundry, light cleaning, and some cooking.

  • Assist with preparing for and hosting parties and other family events at the home.

• Travel & Event Planning:

  • Pack and organize luggage for personal and family trips.

  • Provide support during travel, ensuring all arrangements are seamless.

• General Support:

  • Assist with various tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the household.

  • Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism while handling personal and confidential matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience as a personal assistant, household manager, or in a similar support role.

• Flexibility: Must be available to work more than 40 hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

• Driving: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential for this role.

• Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.

• Discretion: A high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.

• Proactive Attitude: The ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without constant direction.
