As a critical link between data insights and executive decision‑making, you will streamline operations, optimize schedules, and provide data‑driven support for strategic initiatives. You will transform complex data into actionable information that drives business success. Experience Level Mid‑level (1‑5 years) Salary Range $65,000 - $85,000 + comprehensive benefits. Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Data Integration: manage complex calendars using data‑driven scheduling optimization, prepare executive briefings with integrated data visualizations, analyze meeting effectiveness and recommend improvements, coordinate travel arrangements with cost‑benefit analysis. Data Analysis & Reporting: collect, clean, and analyze operational data to support decision‑making, create dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators, identify trends and patterns in business operations, prepare data‑driven presentations for executive meetings. Communication & Coordination: serve as liaison between executives and various departments, draft communications with data‑supported content, facilitate information flow using collaborative tools, track and report on project milestones. Process Optimisation: analyze workflow efficiency and identify improvement opportunities, implement data‑backed solutions to streamline operations, develop automated reporting systems for routine tasks, monitor and report on process improvement outcomes. Daily Impact Transform raw data into strategic insights that directly influence executive decision‑making. Optimize meetings, resource allocation, scheduling, and business operations to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the leadership team. Qualifications & Requirements 1+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field. Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar). Experience creating reports and data visualisations. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
