Are you organized, hands-on, and enjoy helping customers? We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our Boat and RV Dealership team. In this role, you’ll keep our inventory moving smoothly—from checking in new shipments to making sure customers find exactly what they need in-store. You’ll split your time between the warehouse and retail floor, working with a great team to keep operations running efficiently and customers happy.

Shipping & Receiving:

• Receive, inspect, and sign for incoming parts, accessories, and merchandise.
• Check shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Accurately label, tag, and stock inventory in proper bin locations.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging and documentation.
• Maintain clean and organized shipping/receiving and inventory storage areas.
• Perform inventory counts and assist in cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure all incoming items are properly received in the dealership’s software system.

Retail Store Support:

• Assist walk-in customers by identifying and locating parts, accessories, or merchandise.
• Provide knowledgeable and friendly service to RV and boat customers.
• Maintain retail displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-stocked.
• Process customer purchases and returns using POS system.
• Work closely with the parts and service departments to fulfill internal orders.
• Support special promotions, product launches, and seasonal merchandising.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or retail preferred.
• Experience in boating, RV, or powersports industries a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory or POS systems is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Work Environment:

• Combination of warehouse, retail floor, and customer-facing settings.
• May require occasional outdoor work during deliveries or pickups.
