We’re seeking a part-time English Trainer and Coach to support our team in strengthening their English communication skills. This includes preparing for client meetings, building confidence, improving issue articulation, and running dry runs of presentations before they meet with clients.
Help team members improve their English, with a strong focus on listening and speaking.
Create tailored learning content and assign homework to support at-home practice.
Track learner progress, update the Talent team, and adjust lesson plans accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.
Dry-Run Coaching
Conduct 1-on-1 sessions to help team members rehearse client presentations, providing feedback on both language use and delivery style.
No technical knowledge of the presentation content is required—your focus will be on how effectively the content is communicated in English.
Presentation & Soft Skills Training
Coach team members on handling client conversations effectively in English.
Provide actionable tips to boost confidence, improve clarity, and organize thoughts logically.
Support the development of interpersonal communication and professional presentation skills.
The trainer must be available for a minimum of 20 teaching hours per week .
As our team works in a hybrid model, we are flexible with your in-office schedule. However, we recommend that at least 50% of your training hours be conducted in the office .
Team members will book 60-minute sessions with you during office hours. These may include 1-on-1 English lessons, coaching, and presentation practice.
Professional qualifications such as TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL
Passionate and committed to the field of education
Experience working with technology companies
Previous coaching experience
Experience studying or working abroad in an English-speaking country
Experience training individuals who already possess good to above-average English proficiency (B1 level and above), preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
