About the Role: Join CertaPro Painters of Alpharetta and Kennesaw, GA as a Project Manager, where you'll lead exciting painting projects in the North Atlanta area. This role offers the opportunity to manage diverse teams and ensure customer satisfaction while delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate painting projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and teams to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure safety compliance.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Prepare project estimates and proposals, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors for timely procurement of materials.
Requirements: - Proven experience in project management, preferably in the painting or construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
