Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and reliable Product Packaging & Preparation Associate to join our fulfillment team. This role focuses on the inspection, cleaning, assembly, labeling, and packaging of our products to ensure they meet presentation standards before being shipped to customers or placed on the shelf.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Preparation & Packaging:

  • Inspect incoming product parts for cleanliness, burrs, or cosmetic issues.

  • Use sandpaper, sponges, or cleaning agents to remove dust, Vaseline, or other residues.

  • Assemble kits by selecting the correct brace, two sets of packaged literature, and corresponding straps.

  • Place completed kits into correctly colored bags and seal with the proper labels.

  • Apply stickers and labeling in line with company packaging standards.

• Literature & Assembly Tasks:

  • Accurately pick and include four specific pages of literature in each product bag.

  • Organize and maintain literature stock to ensure quick and accurate retrieval.

• Receiving & Inventory:

  • Use a tablet and scanner to receive incoming shipments (ranging from 2 to 12 pallets).

  • Verify quantities and conditions of received goods against shipping manifests.

  • Assist with putting product away using a Wav or similar equipment when needed.

• Labeling & Fulfillment:

  • Print and apply correct labels to product bags using scanning devices.

  • Ensure packaging accuracy and product consistency before shelving or shipping.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Communicate and collaborate closely with team members to maintain flow and efficiency.

  • Participate in team meetings and improvement initiatives.
