Calling all night owls! Our team at Absolute Lock and Security is hiring a diligent problem solver to join our Peoria, AZ team as a full-time Overnight Customer Service Rep . If you enjoy helping others and would like to partially work from home, this could be the job for you!

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of dispatching experience with an HVAC company or similar organization
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Computer proficiency and ability to type 30+ words per minute
• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel

A high school diploma or equivalent would be preferred. Customer service experience or fluency in both English and Spanish would be a plus.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You usually work from 10:00 pm - 6:30 am . With our hybrid schedule, you can sometimes work from home!

As an Overnight Customer Service Rep, you help ensure we can assist our clients through all hours of the day! You're the heart of our nighttime operations, and you work with your team to provide prompt service whenever we're needed. Always friendly and professional, you answer phone calls and assist our clients however possible. You gather information about incoming job requests and efficiently dispatch technicians based on location and availability. By facilitating smooth communication and maintaining high levels of organization, you ensure we're always there when our customers need us!
