We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales / Account Manager to join our team, servicing the South Texas region with a strong focus on industrial and refining clients. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a field-based environment and is passionate about promoting safety solutions that protect people and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with industrial and refining clients across South Texas.
• Promote and sell a comprehensive range of safety services and equipment.
• Identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet safety compliance and operational goals.
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and safety consultations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Prospect and contact potential customers

​ Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CRM platforms 
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in safety services, industrial equipment, or related fields.
• Familiarity with industrial and refining environments in South Texas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.

Compensation:

Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential.
