Minimum Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Office Automation Assistant to provide administrative, data analysis, and reporting support for the Navy (NAVSUP). This role requires advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe skills, along with familiarity in safety/data reporting systems such as the Naval Safety Risk Management Information (SRMI) system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile, analyze, and present safety and operational data.
• Create and manage reports, charts, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Utilize Adobe tools for document creation and editing.
• Maintain, organize, and update databases and digital records.
• Support safety/data reporting initiatives in accordance with Navy requirements.
• Assist in preparing briefings, reports, and official correspondence.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with safety/data reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the Naval Safety Risk Management Information system.
• Experience in a Navy or federal administrative environment.
