We are seeking a Medical Director of CNS Early Assets, Global Medical Affairs, responsible for assets within the broader CNS TA portfolio with a specialization in Psychiatry and/or Neurology. This role is accountable for a subset of assigned assets within the CNS TA that align to the broader TA strategy determined by the Sr. Director, Franchise Lead CNS Early Assets.
Position Summary: The Medical Director, Global Medical Affairs, CNS Early Assets will support and execute the strategic vision for a select group of assets within the CNS TA (psychiatry and emerging neurology projects). The role reports to the Sr. Director, Global Medical Affairs, Franchise Lead CNS Early Assets and may include assets across US and Global Medical TA and asset-level strategies and plans. Assets may include treatments for serious illnesses with unmet needs in various stages of early development. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, KOLs, and stakeholders to implement asset-level medical affairs strategies and tactics that advance development and commercialization in the CNS space.
Compensation : Minimum $205,368.00 Maximum $307,050.00, plus incentive opportunity. The range represents a typical pay range for roles hired in the United States and may vary by experience, skills, and internal equity. Actual pay will be within the established range.
