Effective Communication: Communicating clearly with patients seeking care through different modalities including telephone and in-person interactions.Team Collaboration: Working with cross functional teams to collaborate on patient care. Minimum Qualifications This position requires one of the following: Proof of completion of a Medical Assistant Program ORat least one year of Medical Assistant work experienceOR current active and in good standing RN/LPN license to practice nursing in the stateof ColoradoCurrent American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers. Must be obtained prior to start dateDemonstrated basic computer skills involving word processing and data entry.Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with patients and fellow caregivers to deliver the highest level of customer/patient satisfaction.Ability to protect privacy, confidentiality, and Protected Health Information (PHI) of patients, members, and caregivers.Preferred QualificationsExperience in an outpatient clinic or other healthcare setting.Computer literacy in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant software.
