These solutions include education, technical assistance, system design, risk assessments and site surveys in addition to lightning and electrical surge protection products.

Position Summary:

The Logistics Manager oversees all facility logistics — inbound receiving, outbound shipping, inventory control, and material flow. Leading a 4-6-person team, this hands-on role ensures safe, efficient, and organized operations while driving process improvements and supporting small projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all logistics functions: receiving, shipping, staging, inventory accuracy
• Lead and develop a 4-6-person logistics team
• Serve as main contact for carriers and freight forwarders
• Maintain warehouse organization, safety, and efficiency
• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Production, and Quality
• Optimize material flow and handling routes
• Manage inventory in SAP and reconcile physical counts
• Lead/support small logistics projects (e.g., warehouse integration)

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and logistics software for supply chain optimization
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams
