As a premier provider of assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation communities across the Western United States, we’re passionate about helping residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

The Role

As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will be responsible for evaluating residents’ functional abilities and designing individualized treatment plans to improve independence in daily activities. · Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

· Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of practice.

· Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.

· Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

· Compassion and commitment to improving residents’ quality of life.
