Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew of two or more employees on landscape and horticulture projects
- Perform and oversee tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, and bed maintenance
- Install and remove seasonal containers and holiday décor as needed
- Coordinate daily job tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure work meets quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding project needs and updates
- Load and unload trucks, tools, and materials at job sites
- Safely operate trucks and landscape equipment
- Track crew time and materials used for each project
- Maintain clean and organized vehicles and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in landscaping, fine gardening, or horticulture
- Experience as a crew lead or foreman preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
