CRM Synergies USA is seeking a Junior Back Office & Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This is an on-site role ideal for someone organized, motivated, and eager to grow within an international company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with order entry, customer updates, and basic administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with warehouse partners and carriers to support shipments.
• Help maintain inventory records and documentation.
• Prepare simple commercial documents (quotes, packing lists, invoices, etc.).
• Support internal communication and schedule coordination.
• Light support in verifying incoming/outgoing materials.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and part numbers.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to work on-site in Kennedale, TX.

Preferred

• Spanish language skills (a plus but not required).
• Experience in administrative support, logistics, or customer service is helpful but not mandatory.
