They have retained our firm to identify a Blood Bank Manager with the following qualifications: Required Credential(s): Certified Clinical Medical Technologist (ASCP) credentialed from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: BA or BS: Medical Technology. Work Experience: 5 years Clinical Lab, 3 years in section. Experience with successful CAP/Joint Commission surveys. Ability to identify areas of improvement and implementing fixes.
