Responsibilities

• Partnering with Success Track Trainers and leadership to develop training that meets the needs of the company and clients
• Designing and developing in person trainings on various topics throughout the life of the loan and guidelines.
• Creating participant guides, visual aids, PowerPoints, and more
• Reviewing training evaluations and feedback to continuously improve training programs and material
• Facilitating client greeting and tours of the UWM campus, as needed
• Create new training content

Qualifications

• 1-year of experience in the instructional design/development of training materials in mortgage-related role
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
• Ability to explain complex information in clear, concise terms
• Strong collaboration with team members and business leaders
• Must be detail-oriented
• Results-oriented, with the ability to complete assignments on time and manage multiple priorities concurrently
• Maintain a positive attitude and exude confidence in high stress situations
• Actively seek coaching and feedback
• Exceptional work ethic, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Approach tasks and projects with a Yes Mentality
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet often short deadlines
