Industrial Inside Sales & Marketing Representative

Position Summary
The Inside Sales & Marketing Representative supports both sales operations and marketing initiatives by managing customer interactions, processing orders, generating quotes, and assisting with promotional and digital activities. This role bridges sales support, customer service, and marketing coordination to help drive revenue growth and strengthen company brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer web inquiries, process web orders, and prepare product/price quotes.
• Support house accounts and possibly outside sales with priority transactions, upselling opportunities, and customer follow-up.
• Maintain customer relationships by providing technical product information and responsive service.
• Manage company website, online sales platforms (including Amazon), and digital content updates. Utilizing Google ad words to elevate the CESCO brand.
• Assist with marketing and advertising needs including brochures, flyers, presentations, and trade show/event support.
• Research and gather competitive and market intelligence to support sales strategies.
• Organize schedules, projects, and communications with vendors, creative partners, and internal teams.
• Participate in product training and meetings to maintain up-to-date knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years of related sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers, internet research, and project management tools.
• Graphic/design software experience for marketing materials and website updates preferred.
• Flexible, customer-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across all levels of the company.
