Position Overview

Were seeking a compassionate and board-eligible or board-certified Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician to provide high-quality inpatient care focused on comfort, dignity, and support for patients and families. In this role, you'll guide complex care conversations, manage symptoms across a range of serious illnesses, and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. This is a mission-driven position ideal for physicians who value connection, empathy, and purpose in their practice.

Required Qualifications
  • Board eligible or board certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine

  • Experience in hospice, palliative care, hospitalist, primary care, or geriatrics preferred

  • Active Indiana medical license, or willingness to obtain it

  • Additional licensure in Kentucky is a plus

  • Comfortable with a Monday thru Friday daytime schedule, including some on-call nights and weekends

  • Eligible for competitive salary, 10% annual bonus, and additional $25,000 bonus for on-call rotation

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday days with rotating on-call nights and weekends
