About the Role: Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Aide (PCA) in Brooklyn, NY, where you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate individuals to provide essential support and care in a friendly and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities: - Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer medications and monitor clients' health conditions as directed.
- Help with meal preparation and nutritional support tailored to clients' needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Document and report changes in clients' health status to the supervising nurse.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Transport clients to appointments and assist with mobility as needed.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; certification as HHA or PCA required
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification is required.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
- Must pass background checks and adhere to health regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $19.10 - $22.00 per hour
