Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced, results-driven Automotive Sales Representative - GMC Specialist with General Motors (GM) brand experience. This role requires mastery of the cradle-to-grave sales process, strong relationship-building skills, and a competitive drive to exceed sales goals. Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the full sales process from first contact to delivery and follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Stay knowledgeable on GMC products, features, and competitor offerings.
• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles and financing solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and dealership performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:
• GM experience required; GMC experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in automotive sales; leadership or management experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and customer relationship management.
• Highly motivated, competitive, and money-driven personality.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
