We are seeking a Front-End Developer with 6+ years of experience, including expertise in React (frontend) and Node.js (backend). The candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and deploying applications, managing PostgreSQL databases, and working with Docker. The role requires strong skills in React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Additionally, the developer will collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality solutions, while following coding standards and providing technical guidance. The candidate will also be expected to assist Lead 1 Software Engineering with technical design and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop full-stack applications using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend). Design and manage PostgreSQL databases. Build and integrate RESTful APIs. Deploy and manage applications using Docker. Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure error-free code with high-quality validation of applications. Provide guidance to other developers and assist Lead 1 Software Engineering. Understand and contribute to application/feature/component designs. Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component features during development. Select appropriate technical options for development, including reusing or improving existing components. Identify opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models. Proactively identify issues/defects in module/requirement implementation. Assist in technical design reviews and demonstrate Lead 1 capabilities in technical decisions. Required Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in full-stack development with React and Node.js. Strong experience in PostgreSQL database management. Proficiency in building and integrating RESTful APIs. Experience with Docker and containerized deployments. Strong skills in AWS. Familiarity with Git and debugging tools. Experience in developing error-free code and performing high-quality application validation. Ability to work independently and guide other developers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Graduate in Engineering or MCA/Equivalent with 3+ years of Software Engineering experience, or Graduate in Science/Commerce or BCA/Equivalent with 4+ years of Software Engineering experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile Methodologies. Knowledge of technical design and programming languages. Experience in designing high-quality, reusable software components.
