POSITION - Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

Position Essential Job Functions:

* 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation
* Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar and in good standing.
* Strong knowledge of civil litigation including oil and gas disputes, breach of contract, fraud, Uniform Commercial Code matters, breach of warranties, fraudulent conveyances, and business torts
* Handle civil litigation cases, including oil and gas disputes, breach of contract, fraud,
* Uniform Commercial Code matters, breach of warranties, fraudulent conveyances, and business torts
* Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
* Conduct legal research and analysis
* Draft legal documents and pleadings
* Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pittsburgh, PA
* Salary - The salary range for an associate attorney would be between $120k - $170k
* Partner would be $180k - $240k (depending on different factors)
* Billable hours for associates are 1800, partners are 1700
