High-profile hedge fund located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary (possible TTP) Executive Assistant to join a close-knit, collaborative team. This is truly a "dream" EA opportunity-supporting a group of investment professionals with day-to-day operational and administrative needs. You'll primarily cover a handful of Analysts and potentially a Partner (coverage may shift as they reconfigure internally), so flexibility is key. This position will require 5 days on-site from 8:30am-5:30/6pm (with flexibility).

This group is exceptionally close, collaborative, and supportive. They value people who treat every request-big or small-with the same level of dedication, and who enjoy being part of a team that genuinely likes working together.

Responsibilities will include:

• Complex calendar management
• Coordinating domestic and international travel
• Processing expenses
• Organizing earnings calls
• Ordering/picking up team lunches
• Managing other ad hoc requests to keep the team running seamlessly

Qualifications:

• Must have hedge fund or private equity EA experience, understanding of the fast pace, high volume, and service-oriented nature of this work
• Savvy, 5+ year experienced EA who has most recently been in a similar role and "just gets it."
• Strong presentation, willingness to meet/greet investors with a friendly and professional demeanor
• No-fuss, no-nonsense approach, anticipate needs, and deliver with grace

Compensation/Benefits:

• 100-125K base + bonus
