Job Description Job Description Job Title: Estimating Project Team Office Assistant Location: Folsom, NJ Pay: $24 – $28 per hour Job Overview: This position includes responsibilities to support the estimating and project management team in an administrative role: organizing client requests for quote and associated documents, maintaining bid schedules and other administrative tasks. Working closely with estimating and project management professionals offers candidates the opportunity to learn a diverse set of skills crucial to the successful acquisition and execution of both public works and private commercial construction contracts. Key Responsibilities: Support of estimating staff Evaluate estimating opportunities Organize and distribute documents Solicit material vendor quotes Solicit client feedback and follow up on estimates Process and prep documents for bid package submissions Data entry and maintenance in Zendesk CMR platforms Process and prepare bid submission documents Applicants must have: High school diploma or equivalent Solid computer proficiency with MS Office Suite, Teams, Adobe PDF,) Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Aptitude for learning computer software tools Reliable transportation and clean driving record Customer service experience Familiarity with Zendesk a plus Construction industry experience preferred but not required Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Paid Time Off & Holidays 401(k) with company match Inclusive and diverse workplace Note: This position requires daily in-office work (8 hours/day M-F) at the Folsom, NJ office.6b250ea6-cee3-481d-915c-f7283f1b2f1b
