Job Description

* Possess the ability and experience to manage estimating operations.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience Quickbid and O.S.T software required.
* Must be a team leader and people person.
* Prepare estimates for Drywall, Stucco, Metal Framing, Insulation, A.C.T & EIFS.
* Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
* Provide value engineering suggestions, alternates or price breakouts as required.
* Verbal or written communications with general contractor.
* Have the ability to aggressively pursue sales and business development .
* Report directly to the owner.
* Attend construction events and seminars, related to the industry, as directed by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
