About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Statistical Analyst to join our analytics team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy working with data, solving problems, and applying statistical concepts to real business challenges. You will support the team in analyzing datasets, building reports, and contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and validating datasets
• Perform basic statistical analyses such as regression, hypothesis testing, and trend identification
• Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal teams
• Work with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to interpret data findings
• Document analytical processes and maintain data quality standards
• Contribute to A/B tests, surveys, and experimental design activities
• Help identify patterns, insights, and opportunities from business data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in statistical analysis, data analytics, or similar roles (internship experience is a plus)
• Basic understanding of probability, statistical testing, and data modeling
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
• Working knowledge of SQL and Excel
• Ability to communicate findings clearly in both written and verbal formats
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Experience working with large datasets during academic projects or internships
• Familiarity with tools such as SAS, SPSS, or Stata
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals
