Description
This position is accountable for delivery and merchandizing of all products on an assigned route. The Driver is responsible for maintaining strong, productive relationships with all customers. The Driver is expected to unload each account's order, place it in the designated area inside the account's facility, fill all coolers and shelves, merchandise/face and straighten all products in the retail space, and rotate stock appropriately according to expiration date. This is physically demanding work.
This is a full-time regular position, Monday through Friday.
Adhere to Company programs and policies that will result in the safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales, and minimized returns.
Conduct a daily Pre-Tip inspection of his/her assigned vehicle.
Maintain a clean driving record.
Adhere to all DOT regulations.
Follow the approved delivery structure and processes and will identify and fulfill spot sales opportunities.
Maintain product freshness and move product when necessary.
Will participate in “work with” and “ride with” days with the Delivery Manager and Delivery Supervisor to obtain coaching and training opportunities in the field.
Must maintain a pace of work that enables drivers to complete their deliveries in 12 hours or less due to DOT regulations.

Valid Class "C" CDL
Valid DOT Card
Clean driving record
Ability to lift and move items ranging from 15lbs (a case of 24 12-oz. cans) to 58lbs (small keg) and manipulate/handle up to 162lbs (large keg).
