Job Summary:
As a high-achieving Director, you would act as the key link between headquarters and the assigned districts branches. You will help branches stay up to date with company policies and you will ensure focus on increasing sales and building productive customers relations. The successful candidate will be in charge of the districts day-to-day operations and will carry out company policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
• BS/MA in Business Administration preferred.
• Proven district management working experience.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
