Partner Dental Studios, an innovative orthodontic lab dedicated to excellence in dental appliance manufacturing, is seeking a Lab Technician for their wire bending area. This position offers you the opportunity to utilize your artistic skills and work hands-on in creating orthodontic appliances. Applicants with dental technician or familiarity with fabrication of dental appliances are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Bending and shaping wires to precise specifications as required by case designs
  • Utilizing tools and equipment to ensure accurate and high quality wire bending
  • Collaborating with the production team to meet daily output goals
  • Inspecting wire components for quality control to ensure they meet product standards
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following safety procedures
  • Assisting with other duties as needed by your supervisor/manager

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of manufacturing experience
  • Previous lab or cleanroom experience is highly recommended
  • High attention to detail and strong hand dexterity

This role requires a blend of technical skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to ensure the highest quality dental products for our clients.

Hours: Regular Business Hours, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain metal and resin 3D printing equipment, including Trumpf, Carbon and HeyGears printers
Utilize nesting software to optimize print layouts and material usage
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of printing equipment
Inspect printed parts to ensure they meet quality standards
Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve issues
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Handle materials and products, including lifting up to 15lbs throughout the shift

Qualifications:
Previous experience with 3D printing - in both metal and resin printing or additive manufacturing
Familiarity with nesting software
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Positive attitude, punctuality, and dependability are essential
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new technologies
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a workstation.
Ability to stand, move around, and lift up to 15lbs throughout the shift.
